All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our studio.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer​
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, please email or contact us. Return requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
​Please note that we do not provide exchange services for any purchased product. We advise you treat it as a return if you would like to exchange to the item to a different colour or size. Kindly place an order on our website for your preferred item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
